Most individual photos are available within 15 minutes after they are taken using our “View First” process; delays are sometimes caused due to weak or no signal during picture day; even with this delay, you should still see them the same day/evening.

Team or Class photographs will be available within 5-7 days after the last picture day for your school, city, or league.

Our Picture Day Assistants are specifically trained to help children in an age-appropriate manner to straighten clothing, tidy up hair, and ensure that faces are clean and ready to smile! When necessary, we provide sterilized combs for each student and use them to tidy hairstyles. We never change a child’s hairstyle.

Orders can take up to 5-7 business days and are delivered via USPS. Your order may be delayed if there are multiple picture days or makeups scheduled.

After an order is placed, it goes directly into production; therefore, we are not able to change or cancel an existing order. We still offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee; if you are unhappy with your order, return the entire order for a refund.
